Leadville locals Rohan and Anna Lauer Roy just completed a 14 day ski traverse of the 14 peaks above 14,000 feet in the Sawatch range. The trip started on  April 14, 2014!  Their goal was to raise $14,000 for our great local mentoring program Full Circle. They want to enhance the youth programs, starting with skiing. . .

Their journey started at the Mt. Shavano trailhead and they skied back to Leadville with no vehicle assistance. They carried all their gear and camped along the way.

Melanzana R&D

Our Micro Grid Ultra Mini hit the desert with a crew of fine ladies from The High Mountain Institute right here in Leadville, CO.  HMI is an expeditionary learning school that caters to juniors in high school and promotes learning in the great outdoors for a semester at a time.  This particular group was in Utah for a 10 day expedition.  They wore their Mini’s rain or shine!
