Looking for hard-working team players to join us in manufacturing outdoor apparel in the Colorado mountains! We strive to have a healthy and happy work place, with a high level of accountability and productivity. We offer a 4-day work week, PTO, health & dental, profit sharing and stock ownership. Opportunity for raises during first year at 4 months and 12 months.

Leadville Location: Our HQ, factory store, and main manufacturing facility. Since 1994.

(2) Part-time brand ambassadors; must be available weekends; $23/hr

(2) Full-time sewing machine operators; Weekend shift (Fri-Mon); $21/hr

(1) Full-time quality control inspector; Weekend shift (Fri-Mon); $21/hr

Alamosa Location: We are staffing at an additional Cut & Sew factory in Alamosa, starting in early 2024.

(10) Full-time sewing machine operators; Weekend shift (Fri-Mon); $19/hr

Our talented sewers work in teams to produce our full line of clothing.  Sewers are the engine powering the Melanzana train. All aboard! No experience necessary, we train all new hires.  We need team players with excellent hand-eye-foot coordination. Top candidates will be asked to take our “Sew Test” as part of the application process. We ask sewers for a two year commitment.

Our brand ambassadors greet all customers in our Leadville store, answer questions about our process and our factories, and help folks shop. 3-5 years experience in retail customer service, outdoor enthusiasm, and love for dogs required.

Our cutters are detailed orientated fabric samurais. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right person. Dexterity and organizational skills are critical, plus the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must love 70’s rock and good company.
