Sewing
Our talented sewers work in teams to produce our full line of clothing. Sewers are the engine powering the Melanzana train. All aboard! No experience necessary, we train all new hires. We need team players with excellent hand-eye-foot coordination. Top candidates will be asked to take our “Sew Test” as part of the application process. We ask sewers for a two year commitment.

Retail Ambassador
Work retail in our Leadville Store, greet all customers, answer questions about our process and our factories, and help folks shop. 3-5 years experience in retail customer service, outdoor enthusiasm, and love for dogs required.

Cutting
Our cutters are detailed orientated fabric samurais. No experience necessary, we are willing to train the right person. Dexterity and organizational skills are critical, plus the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Must love 70’s rock and good company.
