To view, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, use the links in the email or log into your account, here.
Day of your appointment:
Check-in at the counter.
Your appointment = 2 ITEMS MAX from the North side of our store.
We work hard to have all of our products available all of the time, but we are only human. Make sure to ask staff if you can’t find what you’re looking for.
Other stuff, like hats and socks, do not count towards your two items.
The fine print:
1 Appointment or 1 Limited Online Restock every 6 months. Additional appointments will be canceled.
We cannot book appointments for you. Cancellations will show up on the calendar as available days.
Feel free to monitor the appointment calendar for fresh availability, sometimes new dates open up. There is no wait list.
Missed appointments will be considered forfeited. Please cancel or reschedule from your account!
